Documents (optional) passport pages, forms, receipts, supporting documents — only if you request a specialist review. This feature is free. Usage data device type, app language, viewed pages — used only to improve user experience and app performance. 3. How Your Data Is Used

To power interview simulations and AI assistant responses
To send notifications about missing documents or updates in the app
To forward files to a specialist only if you request a review

Only you and authorized Global Qoldau personnel (for document review requests)
Specialists — only if you voluntarily submit a review request
AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI) — process your text temporarily and do not store your content
Secure cloud storage — used exclusively for encrypted file storage
5. Security and Data Storage
All uploads and communication are protected with end-to-end encryption
Data stored in the cloud is encrypted
Only account owners and authorized staff have access
When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed
6. Data Retention
Data remains while your account is active
Up to 6 months after inactivity (unless deleted earlier by the user)
Documents can be manually deleted at any time
7. User Rights You have the right to:

Delete documents or your entire account

2. Payment and Pricing • Price: 19.99 USD (or the equivalent in local currency) • Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store • Payments are non refundable once a consultation has been scheduled • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
3. License By purchasing this service you receive a license to access this consultation service. This license is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/
4. Family Sharing This purchase can be shared using Family Sharing. Up to 6 family members can access this purchase.
5. Scheduling and Service Delivery • After payment you will receive an email with scheduling instructions • You must schedule the consultation within 30 days after purchase • The video consultation will take place through the link provided in the email • The application review will be completed before the scheduled call
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store • Contact Apple Support to request a refund • You can request a refund through: Settings > Your Name > Media and Purchases • Apple’s standard refund policies apply
7. Privacy and Data Use • Your payment information is processed securely by Apple • We will use your email only to send scheduling instructions • Consultation sessions are not recorded unless you request it • All data processing follows our Privacy Policy
